First, I love this web app! It's quite amazing compared to the other open source ones out there.
On that note, everything is working great except for one thing...when a staff member is assigned to a ticket, they are not getting an email informing them as such. I have it enabled in the email options from the admin panel, but I can't seem to get an email when I assign a ticket to myself. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
