Is the development team currently working?

Hello Everyone,

I am currently searching a good ticket management software and the one who got my attention is this OS Ticket. Now, I notice that RC4 was released more than 14 months ago and I was wondering if the developers are currently working in this excellent product or this is a dead website with no new updates from them.

The reason why I decided to post this message is because I sent a Feedback comment last week but I haven't get a response yet in regards to the same subject and I thought maybe the community may know something.

I don't think so.

Corey (moderator) told me a few days ago, that there would be a newest version of this osTicket System.

But I am not sure when they will release that newest version. I hope they will add some MODs from this forum to the next release as the core feature.
