can not send email to hotmail accs

HI i have installed the os ticket system , all is working apart from tickets can not send emails to hotmails accs, Why is this, any help welcome :

I have disvovered the same thing. I spent almost a week wondering why I could not get any emails when I generated a ticket. Finally decided to use another email account (gmail) and discovered that osTicket is working perfetly fine.. Anyway, yes, the hotmail thing is strange. Im not even getting any messages to my junk folder. Im still looking into the issue and will post anything I can find out. Untill then, I would suggest putting a notice on the front of your page to inform people of this, which is what I will be doing. I just wonder if there are any other services out there with the same problem

well I can send to hotmail with 1.6 RC5.. but I have the weirdest thing also..

All lines of text (or urls) that are to long for Hotmail and go to a new line have a '=' sign at the end which looks terrible but also screws up URL's which is even more annoying. Perhaps looking into the header of the email will shed some light..
