Is there a way of the main tickets window refreshing? I've set my preferences to keep me logged in.
At the moment i can stare at that window for eternity and nothing happens. If i manually refresh is brings up the same 'empty' ticket list, and in the background must check the email for new tickets, as emails get sent out confirming the new tickets have been generated.....but it takes another refresh to display those new tickets in the list.
Am I missing something.....surely the system should still perform various functions during periods of inactivity....the way I see it, if an administrator isn't logged in nothing happens at all.
