like I said, Im in the admin panel, and there is no "departments" link or tab. there are the following options:
preferences, responses, categories, representatives, user groups, ban list, my account. plus the links for dealing with the tickets (delete, opened, closed...)
nowhere, on any page, do I see the word "department" other than on the front-end page where users create new tickets.
so, what am I doing wrong or missing?
