I have a very serious problem with my OST:
Whenever a client creates a new ticket, I get an alert, however the ticket creator does not. This is very important because they need the Ticket #. I get the ticket and everything works fine, except they dont get an email.
I have Auto Cron and POP3 email fetch enabled.
