Hi i'm new to osticket,just installed it last friday.Was wondering if there's an internal e-mail system for staff.I set up my e-mail for the diffrent departments,but wondering when i assign a ticket to a staff member i have set it that the staff recieve and e-mail but they either recieve it on there home e-mail address or the site's c panel which i don't want the staff to roam in.
Can the staff e-mail be set in the support ticket site itself?
