OS ticket has been in for over a week now and seems to be working well, but I still have one niggling problem ...
Everynow and then I get an 'API Error' notification that simply says:
Create Failed Valid email required
I can't see any other detail and nothing seems to have failed (that I can tell).
The messages appear randomly, and not necessarily when I'm aware of any activity.
I'm piping the emails to OS ticket using the API pipe.php route.
Please can anybody shed light on what may be happening as it worries me that someone may have sent a contact that I'm not seeing, but all tests I do from different accounts seem to work without any problems and don't seem to directly create any API errors?
