All of my staff is on the road most of the day so I need them to be able to receive trouble tickets via email as they come in and reply to them via email as well.

Is there a way to set this up in osticket?

I found this mod:

which I've implemented but am having trouble with the staff side of the email transaction.

I assume the process goes something like this:

1) client creates trouble ticket via email

2) trouble ticket created by osticket

3) osticket sends copy of trouble ticket to staff

4) staff replies to trouble ticket

5) osticket sends reply to client

I'm having trouble getting #3 done. can any one help?

Unfortunately, I have not tried replying the ticket by sending the reply via email.

Hope someone else would explain about this. Thanks.

I've tried...

I have tried and I can now allow staff to reply but I have not been able to get the reply's to show as responses instead of user messages.
