I´m starting in this aplication and i need to know something. Is it posible create a Database with the users of a enterprise. i have checked the aplication but i just can create a ticket with the user mail. That i need it´s create a ticket from user id in a database not email address.
Is it Posible?????? exist Any MOD??????
