I would like to know how to change the status of the tickets following the response to a user or a member of staff.
I looked on your forum but did not find.
In fact i would like to see just the tickets who are waiting a staff reponse in my view staff tickets
For exemple:
If a ticket waiting a staff reponse, i will see it in the ticket list.
When i post a reponse to this ticket, it disappears
I think the ticket must have differents status:
1- waiting_user
2- waiting_staff
in the list of ticket only show tickets that have the status 'waiting_staff'
