I'm sure this question has been asnwered many times before, I have set up and got working everything apart from no mails are being sent when tickets are created or updated or notification emails NOTHING is being sent. No errors or anything have happened.
I have added my domain and key in the automail.php in the scripts folder.
I have set up the API in the admin area, gave it a key which was actually 3 words not 2 as it asks for cos 2 dont work, added 127.0.0.1 as ip.
Am I missing something or is there something else I need to do to get mails to be sent from the web site.
Any help would greatly be apprciated, it's pretty urgent too.
