G'day guys,
This might be a strange one, but ages ago I was customer using a help system that differentiated staff from department managers, (or floor supervisors in their case) by using a different color in the Ticket Thread on the 'Bar' with the staff members name and date are displayed.
Is there any way to change the color of the 'bar' when a dept. manager replies to a customer?
I feel it will stand out to our customers showing very clearly that their inquiry is being dealt with by a senior member of staff.
