Can tickets be opened with POP3 emails ?

If so, is there a good guide for setting this up ?
I reckon I've got everything working, but no new tickets appear.
In my email server logs I can see that my OS ticket install checks and receives the emails but still no tickets are created. (172.27.206.125 is the IP address of my OSticket webserver)

BTW - If I select "Delete fetched message(s)" no emails are deleted from the
server.
