preview last post (thread)

Hello,

I work for a company that uses osticket and want them do add a column in the ticket system to allow you to view some part of the last post made to the ticket, I would like to present them with the idea and the solution so it will get implemented. Any help on what information is needed for this to get done would be greatly appreciated!!
