Attachment issue only on client side

Hi all,

I have run into a problem with the attachment feature on the latest version of this wonderful product. I was advised by another thread to place the attachments folder within the scp directory which worked wonders and for all of my internal users...staff/admins we can upload and view the files. However when a client logs into the thread and clicks the attachment link they get a 'invalid attachment' page. I have not yet figured out what is causing it.

My site is running on a apache linux environment with mysql and php above the minimums. If it matters there is also a current drupal installation on the site as well. Any clues to what is not playing nice here?

What is the exact error they are given?

I tested mine out but found the attachment doesn't add, no error give so no attachment has been done, yet when a staff member replies and attach an attachment it works.

I get the same Error. Testet with RC4 and RC5.
