Ok so i got tired of all the emails coming in only when i worked on that page, So i made a copy of the tickets.php and tickets.inc.php (in Includes/staff) and renamed them to anything i like. Then i went into header.inc.php and made a new one called refresh.inc.php and added this to the top.
This way that page can stay open and refresh every 60 seconds. if you like longer than you can change the time.
