From field: from name and email address running together

Tried searching the forum but couldn't find anything. Sorry if this is a dupe...

Some email clients are interpreting the from field as something like:

noreply@website.comnoreply@website.com

when I'm assuming it should say:

noreply@website.com

which is a problem when a user tries to reply in the email to a thread.

Gmail doesn't have a problem - parses it correctly, but some clients like my Blackberry read as stated above.

Is there a quick and easy solution for this? Thanks!

I had the same problem.

If you go to "include/class.misc.php" and comment out line 61 I found it fixes it

line 61:

$fromname=$fromname?$fromname:$fromaddress;

Since I never got the problem about this, here is the code in my \include\class.misc.php file:

~Line 67 to 69 should be like this:

$headers .= "From: ".$fromname." <".$fromaddress.">".$eol;

$headers .= "Reply-To: ".$fromname." <".$fromaddress.">".$eol;

$headers .= "Return-Path: ".$fromname." <".$fromaddress.">".$eol;
