I have just installed OSTicket and it's looking great, however, I don't get any email when a support ticket is logged. I looked at other threads but think my problem may be different.
Any idea?

I am not totally sure, my host is www.34sp.com(www.34sp.com) and the backend software is plesk 8.4.0. I have tried all the suggestions in here: http://osticket.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1829(http://osticket.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1829)
Well, I suggest you to contact your hosting's online support to make sure the sending email works fine from that server. Sorry, if I can't help you too much for this. Cheers!
