[MOD] Help Topic in New Ticket for Client and Staff

Hello,
Thanks for this contribution! I think this should be included in the newest version!
I just have one issue, which is when New Ticket, I see "I_C_OPEN_HELP_TOPIC" where something like, "Choose Topic:" should be and I see "I_C_OPEN_SELECT_ONE" as the first option in the select box, then the 4 topics that are supposed to be there below that.
Any ideas?
(I'm almost 100% sure I followed the directions perfectly)

As killahim said, since I implemented multi-language in my osTicket, you should replace that constants with the original string (based on your original source code). Please be kind of this. Thanks.

I'm guessing you're trying to use this MOD wtih RC5.

I don't think it works as is. I have been playing with it and RC5 and got the same error as you.

Help topic seems to be implemented a bit more in RC5, there is a seperate topic entry in the ticket table for example that wasn't in the previous release.

I'll post again if I come up with any type of work around.

You're getting that error message because there is both a table and a column that can be referenced by "topic". Change the SELECT portion of the statment to: "SELECT ticket.*,lock_id,dept_name,priority_desc,topic.topic"

I'm not sure if that's the only problem implementing this with RC5 but I'm about to try. Anybody else here gotten it to work?
