I'm having problems on Premade Responses, regarding to enconding characters.
I've searched all over the forum and didn't find anything specific about this. So, if anyone else is having this problem, let's try to work together.
I have a premade response with brazilian characters, á, ç, é, ô, and others. All the rest of the helpdesk is already fixed the encoding problems, except for the premade responses.
On the ticket answer page, the title of the response show correctly. With the special charactes.
The problem is when I select the response and it shows on the reply.
All the special characters appear as ?, and on the reply they appear as:
T??o respot?a r?do!
On the premade replies list, it's correct, it shows:
Téstãndo respotçsta rápido!
So I think the problem is on the transiction when I select the premade response to reply the ticket.
I've made a search on the osticket directory and I think the problem is on include/staff/viewticket.inc.php, over the line 270.
It says:
<?=$info?>
Can someone help me, as I (think) can find the problem, but don't know how to fix it.
