Email server is a Microsoft exchange server

My local email server is a microsoft exchange server

I set it on php.ini at Smtp for mail function (on windows) then I did the script with the test it said email send, but osticket wasnt sending any email

so I change the code like u said every line and osticket worked.

The think is that osticket can send emails only to mycompanis@mail.com not emails for gmail or yahoo and I am wondering what its wrong.

what if somebody open a ticket with and email@gmail.com.......

how can I fix this

Have you checked the junk mail folder with those outside emails?

Hi rufi07, I'm new to PHP. I also got problem with email setting to work with exchange server as well. Could you please share with me what have you modified to make it work? Which file and code involve in this modification? Your response is valuable for me. Thank you in advance.
