Problemas Tradução OST PT_BR

Baixei a tradução da minha versão, porém após substituir a pasta não consigo acessar nada... a tela fica branca...

I've just downloaded the PT language pack and I want to install it on osTicket... how is it done?? where should I unpack it? How can I tell osTicket to use that language pack ?
