where ticket store?

For every expert,

i know scp/admin can view the open ticket,

but may i know where is the osticket store those ticket?

if this is from database, can we know how to login and check those ticket ?

sorry for my stupid question,

but i really have to know how to check and get the ticket physically.

wish someone can help.

osTicket stores all information in a MySQL database. With the admin panel you can view tickets, reply to tickets, close tickets etc.

may i know how to login MySql database? since after i install the osTicket. all the thing is preset for me and i don't even know how to login MySQL database.
