Spanish Translation

Hi,

everyone, firts thanks for this tool, it's great!, I need to translate, because we can´t use it in English, and I will translate, I hope in 1 week ahead, If some one already did, I appreciate to tell me.

Actually I have translated to spanish. So i yu need it I can send the translation. Important part of translation is in database file itself.

I also modified the Report from Nick "Jay" Denham to generate different reports at staff and manager level in Excel.

I also recommendo to delete the the updating to the staff field when a ticket is closed so you can have good statistics.
