Hi everybody !
Customers can open a ticket from the GUI then i can answer to them from the staff pannel but i can’t do this with Thunderbird. What i mean is that staff using a client mail (eg. Thunderbird) can not reply to a customer and add the answer to the ticket thread.
Is there a way to get a full email based ticket system ?
I would like to only use Thunderbird when i want to reply to a customer.
