Hi.

I have searched the forum for about 2 days now, with no luck.

My problem is that i cannot seem to get osticket to send out mails when new tickets are made. I have enabled autoresponder at new tickets.

I'm using:

Windows Server 2003

Xampp

The thing is, i don't have any possible way to use this server as a mail server because it's located down deep in a big network.

I would want to use gmail to both send out and recieve, but i'm not sure anymore if that is possible?

any help would be appreciated
