Is it possible to restrict a login to see only certain departments.
I have a situation where members of one department (client) have no business seeing the tickets raised by the other department/client.
Yet all Department dropdowns seem to show every department no matter what I do.
It is also possible for a member of one department to submit a ticket for a department they have no access to as described in their group.
Am I missing something? How are others dealing with separating staff into departments and restricting them visibility outside their department?
