Unless some one made a translation and released it, currently no.

Not necessary against the idea of translating, but it seams that all the language items are hardcoded...

Is there a version of osTicket with a language file ?? Would be usefull, else it can be quite long to translate.

I make a new translate path for osTicket, this path alow select the translate method and language.

In this path have a new php class "translator" with ao api for create translate methods. Have a New path for put the translate file, each file in you language dir, like this:

translate/pt_Br/translate.php

translate/pt/translate.php

translate/us/translate.php

translate/mx/translate.php

translate/es/translate.php

Who I send the path for all analyse?

Hi CarlosDelfino,

I've just upload "osTicket_1.6.rc5_translate_tests_v_2b.tar.gz" file and i found some problems.

1 - In setup/install/inc/install.php :

Title and language fields have the same name (input type=text name=title).

2 - The installation process didn't work for the language.

3 - If I set the helpdesk status to Online, in the first page i have only :

"a id="logo" href="index.php" title="

Did you know these problems?

I make new changes in OsTicket Translate Fork, in Jannuary 2010 I release a new version with new languages and many suggestion implemented.

If the instalation process or update process not set correct language to you, please see the file settings.php in include dir ou config.php for update.

You need set the language constant:

settings.php:

change:

#Translator Configure

define('OSTLANG','%CONFIG-OSTLANG');

To:

#Translator Configure

define('OSTLANG','es'); //for Espanhol

Do you have a package where all the languages are in one combo box?

i mean if there is an option to select English, French or Spanish? or all your packages are for only one language?

The package not have all languages, but I and others friends have working for this.

For now, have a partial translate for us, pt, fr, ns, ar, pt-br, es.
