ok I have piping setup and it is creating ticket and adding to existing ticet all properly. However i am getting 1 email after stating the following

Any Ideas???????????????? Will Pay for help if it can be fixed like I say the general piping appears to function I am just getting the error email
sales @ fflkit.com is email everyone uses to contact us to prevent looping of emails I established support @ fflkit.com I could add emails or make chages if that would resolve the issue.
