Hi,
We had already customized OSTicket for our company and the product is currently under testing.
In addition to the basic features of OSTicketing we have added many advanced features. Few are below,
Reporting - Different Reports and trend metrics. (No of tickets from a project/account/department, tickets that have missed the SLA etc..)
Knowledgebase - We have modified the knowledge base as a repository of historical events, so that in case of complex issues, staff don't have to reinvent the wheel.
Multi level Reporting and escalation System - We have developed multi level hierarchy (admin, department manager, leads, staff, end user etc). Also escalation feature based on the SLA miss is added.
The product is designed in such a way that if you host it on a server you can manage multiple compnies under that. Every company will feel that they are the only users of the application.
If you want to go for this product please let me know. Or if you need my PHP programmer for your project we could do taht also.
