Fatal Error - php includes

I want to include osTicket on another website. I want to see if I can use php include and then point it to the osTickets index.php file, but when I do, I get Fatal Error when I access osTicket throught the php include - just Fatal Error appears on the screen.

How do get osTicket to be used on another website.

The other possible way is to use iframes, but I want it to automatically resize and reload the parent frame.

You're going to need source source code changes to set the file paths properly.

OST uses relative paths, say if you installed it in a "/help/" directory, it will look for all its files in subdirs below that. If you have a site in "/somesite/" and include index.php, when the rest of the includes get loaded it will look for them below "/somesite/", not "/help/".
