I am using version 1.3.1, This is installed through Fantastico and upgrading is not an option. I wanto have an email address piped to the program. I want to send to: support@domain.com, and have that create a ticket, and have an auto responder csend back to the person who emailed to that address. I want all correspondence to be tracked in OS Ticket.

How do I pipe the email address to the OS Ticket? I am using Cpanel. I saw a path explaining this, and it said to pipe to "path/to/support/pipe.php". I see no file named pipe.php. Is that a file in a newer version?

What is the path I need to pipe from an email address in version 1.3.1?

Thank you for your help.

I think the pipe.php is under the folder API, but I am also trying to understand this pipe function.
