Hellooo im new here :) i have just installed osTicket and have a few quick questions.
1)
as far as i can see public unregistered users can also write tickets when calling the index.php in root. Actually i want my support system total private. only registered users allowed - no public section. how to achieve this? i was trying to header() the index.php to /scp/login.php but that didnt work really. Maybe i can set the document root to /scp?
2)
an somebody tell me how to setup email notification on: new ticket -> assign to, an when somebody replies to the ticket again.
3)
cant i assign a ticket to multiple people? or can i cc a ticket to someone else? im used to trac so im missing that
4)
why is the email and name field not autocompleted when writing a ticket. the systems knows im logged in? really strange and unnecessary?! How can that be changed?
5)
i want to have a announcement department which is only writeable for a group called admins and readable only for all other users. normal users should not be able to write to the announcement department - can that be done?
6)
oh ok ... also important. actually i want be people to only use the support website when answering to tickets. can i, like in trac, somehow integrate the link to the ticket in the alert/notify email as backlink. will the link be kept when user needs to login first?
