I have an issue where my host does not allow the php.ini file to change the Return-path address...which unfortunately is not a real address.
They require for php mail that the from address be:
username@host123.server.com
So on certain corporate email systems, the ticket emails get rejected as spam. This is because the address above gets traced, and is not a real/valid mailbox.
Some ticket systems let you send OUTBOUND emails using SMTP instead. Is that possible with this system?
Or are there any other work arounds that would override the php.ini defaults?
