Hey Guys,
I am having a little trouble migrating osticket from my production server to my live server. Keep getting the error 'Fatal Error: Please contact site admin'.
Any ideas on what the issue here would be?

Database issue
This mean that your applicaton cannot access the database on the new location. check the user name and password of the database you set on the new server. This should be same as the one you set in config.php. Hope this helps

I have the same error. Database settings are correct on file include/settings.php
Please i need urgent help, this script is from a company and they really need this.
