Also getting duplicates - but sporadically
We've also been getting sporadic duplicate tickets coming in. (using SMTP POP3) We're going on our second week of live/testing. We've got about 200 tickets so far and so far received 5 duplicates (with different ticket #).
We are not deleting emails off the server because we are in live/test mode. We continue to get the emails in Outlook to confirm osTickets worthiness.
We also run our own email server, so I have access to the server logs and have reviewed the logs to determine if the mail was received twice. They've all only been received once, and Outlook only received them once.
Additionally, we've received one ticket where the attachment (.jpg) was not fetched by osTicket. We have attachments turned on with all image file types, and have only missed this one so far. I even saved the attachment from Outlook, created a new email with the file attached, and we received it in osTicket. ???
Anybody else having sporadic issues???
