Hi - I just started using osTicket and it's awesome!... tickets are getting answered MUCH faster than with VIPDesk that we used before (and this seems to bug-free... totally unlike VIPDesk!)
Anyway, there are only really 2 things that I'd like to ask for:
1) can anyone give me a hack that allows tickets we've replied to i.e. awaiting a response from the user, to be filtered out of the main ticket list? Currently, we have quite a number of tickets in that situation and it's wasting a lot of time when we access those tickets by mistake.
2) would it be possible to include a linked FAQ system or Knowledgebase that we could add to from within the Staff area?
#2 would be really great but #1 is the most important right now.
