admin.php : Internal Server Error 500

My osticket installation is working fine with the exception of the admin panel. I am logged in as the administrator all other tabs work fine.

I receive a server error Http 500 Internal Server Error

Apache 2.2.1

PHP 5.2.6

MySQL 5.0

Windows 2003 server

I have checked register_globals it is off.

Please help any advice would be appreciated.

What browser are you using when you get the 500 error? If it is IE, can you turn off the "Show friendly errors" in internet options?

I've disabled Friendly error messages I just get a blank page.

Edit: Yes I am using IE.

stab in the dark: check the file attributes for the permissions, you should have 755 at least.

It's been a long time since I have run Apache under windows, but I do run it on my linux boxes. You should check the apache server logs for that site. Apache should log what the problem is. It could be something as simple as permissions. (make sure the user that apache runs as has permissions on the file(s) in question). If this is a remote host, you may want to re-upload the source as one of the include files could be corrupt.

I found the problem

It was in class.mailfetch.php ... very stupid crash it didn't work because i have modified it and didn't put (,) on the end of the code ... laugh now ..:)
