POP3 retriving emails problem

Hi please help

i have osTickets version 1.6 installed and working fine

but i have some probleme to retrive emails from POP3 server and as result no tickets opening from email

i see ostickets connecting to pop3 account but it not retriving any messages

i checked that account from 3'rd party email client and it working fine

please help to resolve that issue
