Is there any way that I can get a second e-mail adress link in all the tickets for a name and e-mail adress that can be left blank for some clients (if black the system just don't use it) .

This is mainly to be used with bigger clients where there is a department head above the use.

Once a ticket is created that the correspondance will be mailed to the dept head every time the ticket is updated as welll..

Does anyone have a idea how this can be done ?

First step would be to add another field to ticket database. There are a few threads on how to do this, do a search. Next would be to mod the response system to send them an email as well. I could write you a mod for that part after you add the field and then tell me what you named the field. The client with the second email address would not be able to respond to the ticket and it be appended though.
