Sort by Subject and Sender

Hi there,

is there any possibility to sort the open ticket list by subject and sender? Unfortunately I can only sort by Ticket, Date, Department and Priority right now.

Further, is der a way to sort by Date asc per default?

Error message tells me I can't delete beause this is a DEMO

Hi, thanks from my side as well for this mod.

I have one problem: when I try to delete a ticket from the list view, I get an error message: "You cannot delete tickets due to this being a DEMO."

The Version of OSticket installed is: 1.6 RC5

Is there a solution for this, I would be very happy!

In case anyone else searches this post, this can be solved by looking for:

if($canDelete) {?>

<input class="button" type="submit" name="delete" value="Delete"

onClick="alert('You cannot delete tickets due to this being a DEMO.');return false">

<?}?>

and replacing it with

if($canDelete) {?>

<input class="button" type="submit" name="delete" value="Delete"

onClick=' return confirm("Are you sure you want to DELETE selected tickets?");'>

<?}?>

I already have a modded tickets.inc file. Can someone post the changes that need to be made instead of overwriting with this file?
