This issue may be my server setup I dont really know.
My domain is setup so my website is directed to one server and email is sent to another, so if my email server is down my clients can access my site and vise versa.
When a support ticket is opened the email to the client is sent but osticket tries to send the email to the admin to the email account on the same server as my site, which of course it cant as the email account is located on another server.
Is there a way to configure osticket so it sends both emails to the client and admin to an external server?
