Plz Help to solve Pipe email problem.

I am use dedicated server. I am try to pipe the email.. forwarder all is set done ("|/usr/bin/php /home/myname/domains/domain.my/public_html/xxxxx/support/api/pipe.php"）, pipe.php set "764", in ticket system admin preferences email setting also set "Enable email piping". But still get the Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender.
