a newbie help please..
i successfully installed the osTicket here: http://iconline.110mb.com/support(http://iconline.110mb.com/support)
and I tried to create a test ticket using two different email address, but
the problem is, after the ticket was created, the Ticket ID was not sent to the client's email address for its status later on. I i checked the Staff Panel, and the ticket was actually created successfully. All working well but emails are not sending both client and staff.
How will i fix this one? Please help.. thanks a lot!
