Emails/messages shorten

Hi,

Our osTicket do shorten all the messages we receive (only the new reply that we receive, not the whole conversation over and over again), but sometimes the emails gets disorted.

Like today when we received an URL that we couldn't open in osTicket (the address didn't work) but we could open from another emailaddress that haven't got osTicket..

Why is this?

For example, we did receive a URL today to our mail using osTicket:

www.URL.com/mailer/confirmnew?mid=23asdd73325&answer=ok&key=73474331d6b789916dsdghadb54c243ea10a13(www.URL.com/mailer/confirmnew?mid=23asdd73325&answer=ok&key=73474331d6b789916dsdghadb54c243ea10a13)

BUT in the ticket in osTicket the URL looked like this:

www.URL.com/mailer/confirmnew?mid=23asdd73325&;answer=ok&key=73474331d6b789916dsdghadb54c243ea10a13(www.URL.com/mailer/confirmnew?mid=23asdd73325&;answer=ok&key=73474331d6b789916dsdghadb54c243ea10a13)

EXACTLY the same BUT with a ";" had been added between "&" and "answer".. Any suggestions what happened? In our mail not using osTicket the URL was shown correctly.
