Please need help.
System: Windows 2003 server, PHP 5.1.5, mySQL 5.0.67, IIS 6, IE browser 7
I created and tested a DB called "osticket"
Browser displays initial Install.php screen but when I click on the install button the screen goes blank?

There maybe a error with the database...?
There are more user with this problem on IIS. Atm I don't believe there is already a simple answer, but try searching the forums since there are some topics with a possible solution.
I had no problems at all installing this on Win 2003 IIS 6 php 5. One thing you might make sure, don't try using the browser on the actual server to install. Do it from a remote machine. Also make sure that the directory for osTicket has read/write permissions for the internet user account.
