When customer post a reply into his ticket, after click on post reply-->show a blank page! and no message send to admin, or staff or custmer.
But reply stay on ticket thread.

but after "post reply" customer have only a blank page, not "fatal error..."
That's because error reporting is turned off.
Works fine!
and now staff and customer receive email
