Attachment Directory must be valid and writeable on (v1.6 RC4)

Dear Reader,

I done to setup the osTicket system, but no able to enable the attachment option.

I have created the upload directory on

xxx.com/os-support/upload/scp/requests

and chomd the folder requests with 777

and write on the upload directory on the below directory as i not use cPanel

so i don't have public_html directory but i have htdocs directory for www use

/htdocs/os-support/upload/scp/requests

/xxxx.com/os-support/upload/scp/requests/

/home/xxxx.com/htdocs/os-support/upload/scp/requests

and still not success. please help me to write the correct directory for upload

Are you sure the path is correct? Use phpinfo(); or echo $_SERVER); to find the correct one. Paths can be different on every server.
