Hy all
My environment:
Virtual JeOs, Apache2, PHP5, Mysql5
My config file is writable and the first setup form appears. But when I fill in all required data and click on Install I get a 500 Internal Server Error Page...
I thought of having errors displayed in the php config, but I only get this windows standard 500 error page...
Anyone any idea what this could be? I fullfilled all requierements listed on osTicket.com so I really don't know whats going on.
Another thing that should be listed clearly, is if there must be already a database for osTicket, or if the system will create one with the name you provide. I tried both and failed the same way.
